I don't post here too often, but I would like to share a picture with you guys from this year's trip to Namibia. We went for a 3 days rafting trip on the Orange River. From one of the campsites I climbed up the hills that rose above us and ended up in this magical place; so dry, rough and live is still present. Thanks for looking.

Hi Lorant, Good choice of rocks as a leading line taking the viewer out to the tree and beyond. Glad you separated the trees not causing a merge. If this were mine I would crop the sky just below the larger clouds on the rt.
This area looks like it lent itself to other comps. Some with the tree more dominant comes to mind.
Always good to work an area when one finds interesting subjects.

Hey Lorant,
I agree with Dave's assesment on the comp and crop of the sky. I would also remove the whitish tree/twig on the RH frame edge near the main focal tree. A nice job overall and glad to see you exploring these!

Hi Lorant, agree with Dave's comments. That tree looks amazing, did you get any shots with it in a more dominant position?
