Snow on the Eastern Shore

From a recent trip to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. The Snow Geese numbers were low the day I was there but it made it easy to single out Geese as they came in or left the pond.

Nice light, good wing position, and great sharpness make for a pleasing image. I like the included habitat. I'd consider adding some canvas on the left.

The head could use a bit more sharpening but I do like the composition of the shot very nicely done.

I agree the head could use an additional round of sharpening, but I like the comp and the warm light. Good wing position too.

Lovely soft light and posture. Perhaps a higher shutter speed would have improved the sharpness?
