500 f4 IS II (new version)

do you have any news about the new version of 500 f/4; I have tried many times the old version but for me is to heavy (3,850 Kg); i almost always shot without a tripod and at the moment I prefer my 300 2.8 with 2X TC.
But....
if the weight of the new version will be around 3 Kg...:)

さて、本年8月26日に発表し、2010年12月および2011年1月発売とご案内しておりました「EOS シリーズ用交換レンズ」ですが、生産上の都合により下記の通り発売時期を延期することとなりましたので、ご 案内申し上げます。
