Nice diagonal composition with the egret flying towards the viewer, and great color to the water. The bird seems to suffer slightly from subject motion blur.

Nice moment captured. Pose and BG look good. Since the wings are blurred, would prefer the head to be sharp, maybe a bit more selective sharpening.
