This image was taken earlier this month at Viera Wetlands as the sun was setting.

Not the best conditions (white on white sky), but looking at your exif you knew what to do to prevent underexposing. Some fill flash would have helped with the face details. I'd either crop a bit more top and left, or add more right and bottom.

I must be feeling contrary today. :) I like the subtle white on almost-white colors, the crop, the pose, and the clean background. There is a catchlight in the eye and that is enough eye contact to suit me, in this case. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. :)
