He looks pretty darn hungry. Nicely exposed, sharp,calling pose all good.

In a perfect world, I would prefer he not be quite so blocked by the perch, but the face/head is so attention commanding, that it still works well.

Great calling pose, green BG, and exposure. The perch has a lot of character and works well, although if have more chances, you might try experimenting with a thinner perch.
