These are the Mara three Cheetah bros on the lookout for Gnu in the late afternoon.
The light was not optimum with heavy cloud, unfortunately, but when you get all 3 on the mound you make the most of it.
Cropped to pano.

Marc,

Nasty blue cast in the BG;)

Great poses, have you tried warming it a little, and perhaps a little selective lightening on the eyes.

Did they find any Gnu?

Thanks Ken
I have already selectively lightened all 3 pairs of eyes, it's just not showing here on such a small size posting, I think any more and they take on a demonic appearance.
I guess I could warm the WB a tad, it may remove the blue in the BG mountain, but would have to do this selectively otherwise it leaves a red cast:2eyes2:
and no this was another unsuccessful hunting night.

Hi Marc, the overall colour looks good to me and personally, I like the blue horizon, to me it seems natural, plus you have not got it running through their heads, like some do. ;)

My only suggestion might be, duplicate the layer, Levels middle slider 1.10 > Brightness 8 > Sat +20 then using a mask, let that be applied to the FG & cheetahs (follow the contour of the cheetahs & mound) only, leaving ALL the BG alone.

Nice one.

Marc,

Thanks for that, it is often a problem to see clearly what is going on when you have such a small image.

Certainly would not want such beauties to look demonic;)

Marc - How cooperative they were to all look in one direction:). Like the comp and pano works well. Would like to see if Steve's suggestion brightens them a bit. Well done.

Marc, what a sighting, and with all three with alert stare's. Good angle of capture, and maybe in this, a slightly higher angle may have helped too.
