The winner of the ETL monthly contest will receive two very nice prizes. The winner receives an 10x8 print of the winning image on Kodak Metallic Paper from a professional photo lab (Courtesy of Lance Peters and Horsham Colour) as well as a full day "Day On The Bay" custom workshop with James Shadle on the Hooptie Deux.
HOW THE CONTEST WORKS- Every two weeks a new Lesson/Theme will be announced. Contestants enter their image by stating their thread title with the prefix Lesson or Theme. This will help the judges decide which images are intended for the contest. At the end of the month the judges will decide their favorites and post a result thread in this Forum. The winner will receive our wildcard vote for IOTW (Image of the Week). IT IS IMPORTANT TO CRITIQUE OTHER PEOPLES' WORK AS IT WILL HELP THE JUDGES!!!
*If you enter an ETL contest, you can not post the same subject matter, not just the same image in any other forum during that month or the contest entry becomes invalid. An example is: If you enter an avian image in the ETL contest, you may not post any images in the Avian Forum during that month.
*Once you win a ETL contest, you may not win another 1 year.
*Moderators and Owners are not eligible for the contest but we appreciate their inspirations!!
*Only BPN Members are eligible to participate in the IOTW or receive contest prizes.
*Forum Participants may participate in the contest but they are not eligible for IOTW or any prizes. If a forum participant wins the contest- then no one will get our IOTW wildcard vote or prizes.
