Hey Adrian, like the comp, like the diagonal line in the tree trunk, good details.

really like the composition on this, and the color and details in the fungus. But the brighter background keeps drawing my eye.

Hey Adrian, the comp looks perfect, the details are great and the diagonal of the tree trunk couldn't be any better! The main problem I see is the same one that Cheryl mentioned....the bright BG is pulling my eye away from the mushrooms. I think it should be easy to fix that with some SH work or by selecting the BG and darkening it. :)

The composition is fantastic! The background doesn't bother me because I picture this is how it looked in my mind.

love the image.........great find and well executed. I like the OP, the BG gives a sense of lightness to the overall image.

Hi Adrian. I agree with the others - this is very cool with good comp, sharpness, DOF, exposure, and lighting on the fungi. In terms of the background, the overall brightness doesn't bother me, but the brightest elements within that bright background are drawing my eye and I would suggest selectively toning those down. Very well done.
