With photomatix and NX2 I took a single RAW image and overexposed +2 and underexposed -2.
The image was taken in the morning and the fog hadn't all burned off yet

Hey Daniel,
Poat some more specs if you get a chance...SS and f-stop etc. when you get the chance.
This has a cool look to it! I like the way the wing frames the scene and the fog and layers of the distant mountain add to the overall mood. It does almost look like a vignette was applied but I am OK with that. I do think you can add a bit to the base of the island.....and just run a touch of contrast on the island....almost looks muddy in there and those tweaks should be the final touch to an excellent image. Nicely done overall!
PS Clean up whish spot mid frame rh side

I agree with Roman's assessment Daniel. Image has a nice look to it and I like the layers and depth the hills and fog add. You have the wing placed well to frame the image. Nicely done.

Hi Daniel, agree with above comments. A different perspective with interesting subject matter. Love the layered mountains with the mist intertwined. The island has an interesting shape with the spotty fall foliage adding interest...
Good one!
