Hi Bob- Beautiful light and water! Nice pose and head angle. The reflection is not that strong so you could crop below and maybe a bit tighter around the bird altogether. I would consider cloning out the dark things on the left if any are left after the recrop.

Care to take a stab at the ID?!

Very nice capture great light and I agree with the cloning out of the dark area because that caught my eye first

I agree with John on the reflection. To me, if the head is not clearly visible in a reflection I almost always crop or clone it out. If you keep the reflection then I'd take a little off the top to rebalance the image.

I don't mind the blue things on the left side but they could go if they bother enough people. You got some amazing light and a humdinger of a pose here. Congrats on a beautiful image!

Beautiful reflected colours on the water and a perfect pose. I agree with John's cropping suggestions. I would also look at a bit of CCW rotation.
