It has been raining for over a week, and I have not got out, so I reached back in my files for this one. As I recall, the little feller was very busy diving for (and finding) small fish for breakfast. I think I had cropped away about 20% of the image (water), removed a weed in the lower right corner, touched up the eye's catch-light, ran NR and USM.

Nicely done. EXP and SH good. I like the concentric rings. A bit of clean-up of the white stuff in the water might be in order.

Wendell, IQ looks very good. Excellent bird angle. TFS.

Like the reflection, sharpness and angle. May need just a slight CW. TFS

I too like it. You've done a good job on exposure and composition. I've always found it difficult to photograph these birds and get an effective shot so I'm an admirer of what you've done here.

I like the pose and reflection too. Agree with Arthur on some clean-up with regards to the stuff in the water.

Nice image Wendell like the sharpness, detail and reflection, nicely positioned in the water with the ripples as mentioned.
