Nice light and behaviour, John. Very busy surrounds and BG. A wider aperture may have isolated the subject better. Having the bird lower in the frame nay be nicer.

This pose makes her look like a neat eater. :) Adding to Tony's comments, the wings look a bit oversharpened. With this species, I sharpen them separately since they easily look pixelated, I'm not really sure, why.
