Yep, those wild birds don't always listen to our wishes don't they! Sometimes a small noise with your mouth is just enough to get them to pause and turn your way long enough for that one good image with a better HA. Nice comp and beautiful BG. I find some of the blues on the neck a bit light...perhaps a bit of burning on there would do good.

Sharp with a good EXP. A bit more room all around would help. With the erect posture leaving a half inch behind the bird on the bottom frame edge would have been the best way to go.

Thanks for the comments! The original does have some more room. Will have to rework the crop.

Great pose and light here and agree with Daniel about a small noise. It usually does work wonders! Keep it up!
