View Full Version : Automatic Log in not working

I recently found that every time I go to BPN I must log in again. I do not see a check box asking if I want to log in every time I go to the page. I am using IE 8. I have searched my profile and preferences and have not found a solution.
What am I missing?

There is a check box below the username and password field.
Clearing the temporary internet files and cookies will usually clear up a lot of logon issues.
If it's not saving the logon, make sure your browser is set to accept cookies.

Thanks Chris. Apparently on the computer I was using at the time the check box was covered by one of the ads. I changed resolution and problem solved.
