Wiinter time Kalahari ,the Honeybadger is frequently seen with a Goshawk and Jackal ...the Honeybadger does all the hardwork to find prey while the other two wait for scraps or to pounce on prey before the badger does......(Commensalism)

D2xs 600 mm lens ... car mount wimberely head. the PCG is not as sharp as I wud like but that is more likely due to the dust surrounding its head...

Excellent capture of life on the Kalahari. Keep these coming. It is like we are right there.

Great behavior captured. The dust really tells the story of who's at work.

I like it a lot Peter Excellent behavior captured Would take some from the top? Will make for a stronger composition and the bird larger in frame !!!

Hi Peter,
I'm with Alfred on this one.......just above the dark band so the light area is equal to it IMO. Would love to see repost ......but another killer image,
Roman

Great behavior and interaction. I'm not sure about the crop. I would add a bit at the bottom, and crop a bit off the top.

Great behavioural shot, Peter. I would crop from the top and the right and include a bit more below if available
