One more meerkat image from Makgadikgadi. I can't help it, just love these creatures.
Correctly exposing this Meerkat mother and her young did result in overexposure of the soil surrounding the entrance of the burrow, which was in harsh sunlight. Yet by blending multiple RAW conversions in PS I managed to fix this.

A very unique composition, with the meerkat family peeking out of its burrow. It works well with the burrow placed off-center. Nice use of flash, and multiple RAW conversion technique, to balance the exposure.

Great family portrait! Some of the eyes look a bit overflashed.

I think you have room to stuff a couple more in there Vincent :). Nice comp and good job on the soil reclamation blend.

Love it. Great job getting the tonality to come out so well.
