This must go down as one of my favorite experiences with a leopard, this young female leopard “Salayexe”
was trying to stalk Impala in the open on a runway, watching her posture and attempt to get close was very special.
I guess even the best stealth predators have to learn sometime.

This is a nice behaviour shot. The pano look works in this case. A little more eyecontact would have been even better. I know in the wild, when the hunt is on, you can't move to avoid disturbing the subject. I love the way it is moving its paw. Thanks for sharing.

Good shot and that front paw does a good job implying action. The pano works covering from the head to the tail.

Cool image Peter, the pano crop emphasises the stalking activity here.

This certainly works as a behavior image. The intensity throughout the cat's body is obvious. I like the tight pano crop - I might take even a bit more off the bottom.

This is very cool and I love the front paws. Eye contact is not an issue for me here as the behavior is the subject of the image and attempts to move may have disrupted that. Well done.

Super behavior image and story! The light and body detail is excellent. And, the pano crop works very well.

Nice low angle and great capture of the stalk. I have to go against the consensus on the pano crop though as I feel the leopard is being forced down into this position by the tight crop. I do like the image.
