Just finished the "The Guide to Pleasing Blurs"...good read and lots of useful info, some really "wow" images.
Way to go Denise and Artie.
This is an in-camera zoom-blur...cropped the original image and added frame in Fotosketcher...
I am a sucker for a wooden frame with flowers...Thanks for Looking

Very nice zoom blur and composition work. Love the colors and that frame is pretty serious!

Way to go Paul. BTW. Paul proofread our final draft and did a fabulous job pointing out some awkward writing by yours truly. I love everything here but I do not remember reading about frames in the Blur Guide (http://www.birdsasart-blog.com/2010/09/28/a-guide-to-pleasing-blurs/) :) Thanks again for your help with the project.

Paul, For a man who was on the fence about blurs you really nailed this one. The zoom and the colors are great. Nice to see some detail in the flowers that are at the origination point. I like the frame for this. Thank you for all your help as Artie said and thank you also for your kind words.

PS-The title made me laugh!!!

Really nice Paul! I like the placement of the unblurred flowers! That looks like an expensive frame:)

Lol..Dan my Wife has me on an allowance after buying the D700 and 500mm...now gotta save for the 200-400...New bino's, Tripod and Head, it never ends :)

Thanks for all the comments, It was nice to have a game plan and some ideas for blurs before going out.
