Here is one from last week that I like, though the pose is not unusual. i think I've got the whites in check and still have some "definition" in the feathers. To me the blacks look okay, perhaps just barely clipped. Please let me know what you think.

Wendell:

Despite the fairly contrasty light, you did well on the whites. There are a couple of areas on the wing that look a bit hot, but overall very good.
I am not quite certain what is going on in the water, it looks very odd in the transition zone by the feet.
On my monitor I am seeing some jpeg compression artifacts in the background.

Randy, now that I look at the image again, I see that I blew the PP . . .
