Plains Zebra on a plain (where else?)

Processed this one from earlier in the year when I was testing some Nikon kit.

This post will come with a little shameless plug - mods please forgive me ;)

On the 28th of September I will turn 28 years old - no real significance in the numbers, but it marks a significant step in my photographic career as I launch my new "official" website. Would love for you to pop in and let me know what you think!

These plains zebra formed a wonderful trio on the savanna of the central Kruger Park in February 2010.

Love the rich sky, posing of the zebra and the tree framing the image. Great pano crop. Lovely image.

Morkel - Happy Birthday, if I remember the time difference it should already be the 28th in South Africa. Haven't had a chance to look at the new site yet but will. Love this shot of the plains zebra. Nice interaction, good environment which the tree adds to and I like the comp. Happy Bday again!

Hi Morkel, happy birthday and congrats on your website. I will check it out later today. I opened BPN today, late in the morning, and this shot just jumped out at me from the line of thumbnails. Liked this good strong image, agree with above comments. If I had to ask for anything it might be a bit more of the blue sky overhead. TFS
