Great job getting boht male and female. Wish the males wings were either up or down. I'm seeing a sharpening halo around the birds.

A nice flight pair. The wing position on the hen though less than ideal is much better than the wing position with the drake as we can at least see all of the underwing. The light is on the harsh side--I am confused as to the direction of the light.

Nice to have both in the frame! very handsome ducks. Light seems a bit harsh and crop does not work for me. I also would prefer to see the male's wing fully up or down. Still a very nice image that I would like to have in my records.

Looks like light is coming from above and a bit to the left, judging from the shadow under the male's wing and the catchlights on both individuals.

I agree about the light quality, and wing positions but you made well with getting the male and female of the species together in flight in the same frame.
