I found this attractive bee on a wild rose flower back in June. It wasn't until I began examining the images that I noticed what appear to be hairs coming out of its eyes around the edges. I cleaned up a few imperfections in the flower petals. 40D, Canon 100 mm macro, 1/250, f/16, ISO 100, MT-24 twin lite (diffused), hand held. All comments are welcome and appreciated.

This is just too good Steve. Fantastic details in the bee. You've managed to keep the bee in same plane.
If it were mine, I would consider cloning out the LRC stamen.

Hey Steve,
The detail is fantastic! Look at those hairs!!! If not against such things.....I'm with Kaushik on the LRC....but overall a super job!

Steve, I agree that the detail on this is great! I think I would like it to be slightly brighter overall and it would look better with the LRC cloned to match the rest of the petals.
