Large crop and so don't think there's any image quality to talk about here but just a fun shot to share with you guys. It all started with that bee. I'm happy that it was still there when I pressed the shutter button.

It's a juvy barn owl and it's perching on a trainer's gloved hand.

Desmond, Great shot. For a large crop the quality is very good. The details on the Owl and bee are good, exposure on owl great. The bee looks a little hot but that could be my monitor in work. I would probably agree with Ray - removing the dark BG lower right would be an improvement. All that said a killer action photo, one that I would love to have in my catalog.

hi Desmond - Pretty cool no matter which way you look at it.
Quality is not too bad considering the crop.
Good show!!

I'd also evict that LRC and try to tone down the bee a bit - did you give it a try using Linear burn? The pose is pure perfection...what a wonderful fun image to have in your collection!

Very interesting shot, love how the bee is at eye level with the owl. This somehow remind me of movie poster.
TFS, love this image very much.

I might go for a tighter crop (less from top and bottom) despite this being a large crop already.

Wonderful action shot, even stopping the bee's wings dead. Love it. Another vote for evicting the LRC.

Such a great image. I really like the unique perspective of this. The Owl looks great and would be a really nice shot by itself, but the bee adds just that little something extra.
