I took this earlier this year, and hadn't got to fooling around with it until now...........

I've been going back and forth on the saturation level, and decide to cut it back a little. Might need more or less..................

I thought the leaf textures were more interesting then the stem, so the focal point is forward.

not much in the way of PP. Didn't crop the green stuff..........but could have just as well....

Hey Jay,
I have to say the reds look OK to me.....as you said could go either way. I do think I like most of this,,,,,from the stem to the petals.....not lovin' the leaf? on the left below the stem....but not sure you could use a different angle to eliminate it. Let's see what others chime in.

Saturation looks fine to me! I agree about the leaf on the LLS
