I made this image of an emerging Lily at Okeeheelee park.

Composing this emerging lily must have been challenging Don! Almost lends itself to a panorama :) But I think this simple composition using the ROT and the great BG has worked well!

Simple and elegant I like it as presented If anything would blend in the one little darker leaf on the bottom right Big Congrats !!!

Wonderful dreamlike quality shot!
I agree with Alfreds suggestion to clone out the leaf on the right.

Perhaps toning down the whites a bit.

Beautiful background for this greenish flower.

Hey Don, I like the comp and the BG has a nice dream like look. The center where the flower is looks a tad overexpose and lost some color.

Thanks guys for the suggestions the offending bit of grass has been removed, not sure about the comments on the whites they look fine on my monitor and when I pulled the image into PS to clone out the grass I checked the whites and the highest value I could fine was 230 in the red channel not even close to being blown.

The words simple and elegant popped into my mind when I viewed this image, but I see others have already noted that. I like it!
