Such a wonderful image, something haunting about his eyes and the connection that he's making with you.

Morkel,

I use the NIK Collection.

For this image I used Color Effex Pro 3 - Tonal Contrast, Brillance and Warmth, White Neutralizer.
Define for noise reduction.
Sharpening is done via an Edge mask and Blend IF Action.

Best,

Chas

Hi Chas,
Lovely looks. The hair spikes has come out well. You seem to be pretty close (62mm in a full frame camera). How do they react to such close presence? Are they used to humans? I would love to go to this place sometime. Not sure when it will happen. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,
Sabyasachi

The animals are completely habituated allowing very close approach.

a superb portrait of a most interesting subject. The eye contact makes the intensity even more pronounced.
