Good Evening, This isn't really a photography question, but I didn't know where to go for the answer. There are so many talented photographers here I'm hoping some of them have figured this out. I started doing art shows this year, setting up a booth, selling framed prints. . .
I'm trying to figure out a good way to transport the framed prints, safely. My current method of packing them in cardboard boxes and wrapping them individually with my wife's grandmother's homemade curtains is not a good long term solution (especially since her grandmother is still with us). Any suggestions?

Thanks

We buy big rolls of bubble wrap and then put them in boxes. But we have started to do more canvas because that is where my sells are and those are a lot easier to transport.

I use bubble bags for transport. They are available in various sizes from ULine (http://www.uline.com/BL_7602/Uline-Open-End-Bubble-Bags).

I turn the bags inside out so the bubbles are on the inside - seems like less get popped that way.

Thanks Richard and Nancy. Do you just use cardboard boxes or do you use some kind of rubbermaid bin so they can be stacked?

I've used both. It all depends on how far the pieces need to be moved. Boxes stack better, but bins are easier to pack/unpack.

I think these would be the ideal solution but they are fairly expensive :

I use these :

and transport them in plastic bins.
