Be prepared for more of these birds from me, they are very active around my place at the moment and I think quite photogenic. A bit of dirt and worm blood on its beak. Cropped from horizontal.

I allways wanted to see this bird. Nice photo, good feather details, perch and bg. Some parts of the bird looks a little overexposed, also you could tone down some whites on the sun chatching parts of the perch. I would like a small head turn towards us. Looking forward to see more Kookabuuras from you. Thanks for sharing.

Nice perch and pose here. I do wish the head was turned slightly more towards you. I like the comp too. The parts of the bird that are catching the light look a bit overexposed.

Can't wait to see more of this stunning bird. I find it a litle overexposed too, a little tight in the frame and not sure if I like the circles in the bg.

I love these birds too, and I especially like their calls (although I've never seen them in person...) Good comments from above. If possible, moving well right would have aligned the sun more directly behind you for better light angle and more even light on your subject.
