Congrats on the column.

Great light Glenn and the framing of the leaves is cool without being too tight.

Just a tiny negative mark on the slight crispy/halo leaf edges.

Another cross Canada pic ?
Great separation and isolation but also showing habitat setting. You do this well.
Great you have a column now- Is this an internet thing or published ?

Great work, Glenn. If your DOF had been too shallow those awesome leaves could have turned into hazy green things. Great both technically and aesthetically.

It is in the printed magazine. Perhaps online too?

Love how the leafs frame the subject and concentrate the attention there.
Big congrats :)

Admirable. Wonder what the shot'd look like if you cloned out the uppermost two sets of leaves.

Great perch, pose, and BG. I would not clone out the top leaves, they add to the picture.

Fantastic crisp detail allround. Great use of flash and a very nice smooth BG.

Congratulations, Glenn. Great pose, sharpness and BG. The framing of leaves works beautifully. Agree with Robert on backing off the sharpening a touch.
