Let me know what you think here. I cloned out another bird on top rt, and beach debris.
See next post for original , as i certainly do not wish to misrepresent .

Don, I think I would have kept the sharp line defining the ground, since the bird looks like he's floating, very unnatural, in your worked version. There's also something weird looking about the covered tip of the bill. Too much blurring IMO.
Good EXP and eye contact.

Fabs, thks i totally agree, looks weird. No problem... off to the trash with that one. I'll go back and work on the original. Really appreciate the feedback. It's really a picture that shows the narrow Depth of field, when you are so close to your subject; even at F 8,just the small area of sand in the plane are in focus. Don

Hi Don Agree with Fabs PS wise the one tough thing to remove is the line up top. Don't think you need to clear everything up to have a good solid image, some trash is just fine !! I try looking for it as much as I can at the time of capture .. still end up with plenty !!

yeap, what the heck man, you think someone could rake the beach before us BPN'Rs arrive..:2eyes2: Not to worry this puppy met a silent death in the trash, Monsoon Rainy day, so i guess i had a bit too much time on my hands!
Thks for the Input!

Don't trash it yet :)
Something like this would be kosher to me. Not really fond of too sterile environments.

Dang girl, you beat me too it, i left the grass, and cloned out the top bird and line. The shadow at the bill bugs me a bit, but it's the real deal! Progress, at least as i'm thinking the same as some of the "Greats"!
Hey big thks for all of your time!

Hi Don - Fabs repost looks good to me :)
Like the low shooting angle and detail looks good. When you get the IN-CAMERA image close - all that is need in PP are small tweaks (BG ones here)
Good show :)

Fabs repost did it for me. With all the ground blurry it looks totally unnatural. Nice light along with low angle...
