I just used one flash as fill for this shot taken in my backyard. I believe that is a Yellowjacket Wasp with this Female Hummer.

I like the composition, eye contact, BG and the wasp adds to it. Maybe a bit NR on the BG.

Nice catch I have seen yellowjakets around hummingbird feeders for the sugar water .
I believe this is another type of wasp as it is too long and skinny for a yellowjacket. also there is some sort of glow around the business end of the wasp

Really cool, the wasp adds interest in the image. A little NR on the background would improve this even more.
