Kostas, I like the colors and lighting but I don't really like the angle of the flower. You have a lot of options that I think could work with the flower on a diagonal, either as a horizontal or a vertical.

Great detail and lighting Kostas, I might prefer a vertical orientation here.

I totally agree with Ken. When a flower is at an unusual angle like this it just looks "wrong." You can either turn it CCW 90 degrees giving it an upright angle or next time in the field, set it up so the bottom of the bloom comes from one of the lower corners and the blossom goes across the frame to the other side.

Lovely BG and the exposure is beautiful. ;)

I totally agree with Julie and Ken , but this flower i have it is on my balcony , it is hang on the air ( out the building ) and it wasnt easy to bring it inside i do like as well the light and the color that why i have keep it , this plant makes often flowers , i have to wait now for the new ones , thank u for the feedback :)

Hey Kostas,
Excellent advice given above on the angle....try to remember that diagonal comps make for stronger presentations in most cases. I do think you did a nice job with the light and BG.....good luck next time out!

Beautiful light, soft colors, bg and details. The suggestions to place the flower in a diagonal is great. Lovely image.
