Very sweet Grace.

I like the gentle warm light created with the time of day. Might just try and lighten around the eye and back of the head to try and get some more detail out of it. Might have liked a fraction more on the lhs?

Very pretty! I do like the blurred ocean in the BG. Next time I'm back east (I own a place in NJ) I'm going to have to check out Nickerson.

Grace, I like how the tern is perched on the sand with a good look back pose. Lovely soft light, and I would maybe sharpen him a little more.

I like the composition, angle, look-back pose and light and agree with Stuart regarding sharpening the bird a tad more. Thanks for sharing!

I like the colors and the orange on the bill draws me right to the bird -- background complementsw the bird well

Grace, I love the BG and the over the shoulder pose. The sand pile adds interest. Maybe just a tiny bit tight on left. I am assuming this is ff and shot vertically? Nice lighting also.

Very nice last light and over the shoulder look. The tail needs a bit of breathing room. Some will be bothered by the absence of the feet.
Nice to get a catch light. TFs.

Hi Grace, a tiny bit more room on left would make this perfect for me. Love the blue stripe in the background and lovely head turn on this cute little tern.
