Great shot Chris ! Spoonie is pin sharp with great detail and the bg colours is super. I feel that the comp is a bit tight on the frond, will give him more space to fly in too. Well done !!

Thinking to make a turn there again on Sunday afternoon ;)

Chris, I echo Nico's comments and agree that a tad more room in front would take this over the top. Very nice :)

Beautiful sharp details and nice exposure. I might tone down the highlights on the feet and I do wish it were angled just a bit more towards us. When I first looked at it I thought it was an Ibis. Are there eggs in there?

Excellent exposure and beautiful flight pose. Love the lighting and the very pleasing BG. My only wish besides a tad more canvas on the left would be if it it had been captured a second earlier to have a bit better eye contact. Many thanks for sharing Chris.

Good flying posture Chris, and good job on the whites. I like the detail, together with layered BG.

Very nice whits and BG colors. For me, a slight turn towards us and shame on the strong shadow on the opposite wing. TFS.

Chris, repost is better. Loved the details and light. Great Bg and perfect eye level shooting angle. It seems he is changing direction. A better head position would have taken this to another level.

Re-post is very good, light and sharpness spot on. Whites well exposed. Angle could be a little bit better.
