Hello Kaustubh,

Excellent POV and great soft light around this duck which I never saw event during my short stay near Dallas last year... I like the simplicity of the image bringing our eyes directly to the duck. The image seems to be a little bit too large (1024 pixels) making me to have to scroll on the right in order to see it completly. Personnally I'm limiting it at 800 pixels. Excellent mastering of the exposition letting us see well the black and white tones variations...

Great job and TFS,

Michel

Nicely done KD, loved the head down pose and the blue BG works well...

Michel, thx. not sure if these are seen easilly in the part of Dallas you were in last year. I shot this one at village creek drying beds in Arlington. quite common there at this time of the year. Let me know if you visit again.

Thx Kiran.

A bit too small in the frame for me and I'm also staying at 800 pixels most of the time, only deterrent we have for the sticky fingers in the internet :)
Good pose and EXP control, KD, thanks for sharing!

Interesting crop idea, I only wish the bird were angled a bit toward you and I might sharpen a bit more.

I'd like the picture, but feels that a tighter crop would be better
