fog in the trees

This one from a recent magical morning on Campobello Island, New Brunswick. We had had a day of rain and the next morning the humidity was 100% with the sun coming out. The sea fog rolled in over the trees across the bay from where we were staying. This image symbolises why I would never live anywhere else but here in the Maritimes!

There was so little colour in the image that I just took one of the RGB channels and produced a BW.

Beautiful progression from right to left, and the bird in it is a signature, this is really a lovely photograph.
