Hey everyone...

I recently did a guest blog post for the Photo-Africa blog about the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in South Africa.

Check out the post in the link HERE! (http://www.photo-africa.com/2010/07/guest-post-kgalagadi-space-sand-silence-serenity-by-morkel-erasmus/)

Would love to know what you think!

Cheers

Morkel - great descriptive blog and photos. Definitely have to add it to my list, although I haven't done self-drive yet.

Thanks for sharing it.

thanks for the feedback guys...I fear my blog post only gives you a taste of what to expect...it's much better than my meager words and photos can attempt to convey :)

Morkel,

Exellent write up. I was lucky to visit Kgagadi-RSA side last year. A wonderful experience. I just came back from a 2 week Botswana safari that included Mabuashehube-on the Botswana side of the park. What an adventure, we lost a trailer-broken axel and wheel completely broken off. We did not manage to reach the camping site but still had a wonderful 2 days camping close to the entrance gate, fixing all the broken trailers. I did manage 2 game drives but did not have sufficient time to explore the park.

thanks Ben...I still need to spend more time on the Botswana side but I'm keen to!
