It looks like this one has been messing around in some serious dew. Sharpest part of the focus plane right on the face and an interesting background as it is a different kind of green. I kind of like the perch, as well.

Hi Allen Wonder if the tail got any sharpening? Sometimes oof elements take a stranger look with any sharpening, might just do the face on a separate layer !! Sweet bg and pose !!!

Very sharp and you have some nice reflection in the eye. I think it needs just a little bit of red added to the image, just to help warm it up. I added a little red a sat to the image. Hope you do not mind.

Thank you for the comments and rework.

Alfred, I actually did no sharpening at all post process. I tried it but I thought even a small amount made the fur look unnatural and the face was sharp enough for me already.

Danny, this was taken right after a rain storm thus the wet look.

Dan, thank you for the rework - I'll play around with upping the red -- thank you for the idea.

Thanks again for your comments -- Allen

Also like the ledge perch. Sharpness on the OP looks good to me, also like Dan's repost.
