Lorant:

Well exposed, nice full back wing position, like the open bill and dangling feet.

Pleasant BG, but some noise showing up.

Cheers

Overall good pose, but I do wish the far wing was placed in a way that we could see the tip. I like the open bill, and good BG. There is a hot spot on the body that could be toned down, perhaps by cloning in some neighbouring pixels (at reduced opacity) if none are to be found there.

Awesome timing and great flight pose. The open beak is a wonderful bonus and love the beautiful BG. Agree with above comments. Many thanks for sharing Lorant.

Super exposure and the contrast is great. Like that BG!

Lovely light and very pleasing BG that could use some NR as noted by Randy. Love the dangling feet and calling. Do they ever shut up????

Lorant, this gull seems to be a distant cousin of our grey headed gull - just the colour of the head. I do like the landing posture with the squawking beak, and captured against a lovely smooth BG.

Love the pose and comp. Nice soft light but a bit flat. I would increase contrast and saturation a bit and a level adjustment to the BG to darken a bit. Something like this

Thanks everyone for the comments and thanks Juan for the re-post. To be honest i don't see too much difference on my scratched and beaten laptop, but I'm sure there is a lot to see on a decent monitor.Agree with all the comments regarding the NR. Easy fix.

Oops, I apologize Lorant. Perhaps differences are too subtle to be noticed because I didn´t want to go very far with the repost. The best way to compare is to open both images in PS in different layers. Then you can activate or deactivate the upper layer to see the differences.:)

Lovely posture and light, great "moment". The repost is good IMO.
