Would prefer more DoF? I think a partially outfocus a bit 'artistic'. Accept critics... Thanks.

Surely an interesting image & I liked the shallow DOF here. Might want the (very) tip of the petal to be in focus retaining same DOF.

Hi Kaushik, thank you , for your advice. In any way, I've got many shots , various angle of view, various ISO, last also with flash.

Hey Valerio, I like the comp and the soft artistic DOF, but for me I think I would like it better as a vertical, doesn't look natural as a horizontal as flowers generally point up rather then sidways.

In addition to what's already been said, I think it might look better if the tip of the red petal had yellow behind it. Right now it seems to be lost in the dark BG.

I think turning this one CCW, into the vertical proposed by MIke will do wonders for the composition.

I also agree. The only time I like flowers in this position are when the stem arches over from the bottom to the sideways position. This is an interesting image but the side view does nothing to enhance it IMO.

Hey Valerio,
I'm surprised I like the very shallow DOF here! Color contrasts work well. I do think that besides the rotation....I would like the tip of the petal on the right.
