That is one beautiful DF and one ugly perch! No flash on this one? Excellent details and DOF. How you get them so perfect is beyond me.

Nicely captured, Allen. That pose is really something different. The eyes look a bit odd but I can't quite say for sure why they do. Maybe I'm just used to seeing a distinct separation between the eye colors.

I think that Halloween Pennants are your specialty! ;)

Hey Allen,
Well....the colors just scream holloween! I too like the angle and pose but do wonder if the light had the effect on the eyes many of us are wondering about?

I think you did a good job capturing this guy...getting it all in focus is tough, almost looks like a skull on his head...well gon
