gorgeous sharp image of the butterfly, especially that you can see through the wings. the only problem I have with it is the bright yellow plant. Is there any way to tone that down a lot?

The Clearwing looks fabulous but Cheryl is right, the yellow is very hot. Toning that down would really help. You may also want to consider taking a small slice off the top.

Outstanding butterfly image, Sandy. I agree that some of the yellows are too hot - bring them down a bit and you've got a home run on your hands. This is as much fun to look at as a photo can get IMO!

Great shot Sandy. IMO the yellows are still a bit bright. The way I would tone them down would be Selective color layer > yellow channel > decrease the yellow slider > increase the black slider (under the yellow channel). That should get you to where you want. I am sure there are plenty of other ways to achieve the same goal. Nice job catching this guy, I love the transparency...nice sharp head

Beautiful image Sandy! Love the detail and colours. IMO there are only a few small areas of yellow in the original post that are a bit bright and I wonder if you pick one of the darker shades of yellow and paint over the lighter bits at +- 18% if that will not help. I prefer the colours in the original.:)

Yellows aside, this is a wonderful image. love the background colors, wings and detail of the subject you caught.
