Well, there is a lot of this going on at the beach these days:D. I was surprised that the female here let the male try again even though she already had the fish. Taken with my new D300s and Nikon 70-300VR, f/7.1, iso 500, 1/2000.

The black stuff in front of the females bill is a bit distracting to my eyes and I wish the angle were a bit lower and there was more detail in the birds heads and more definition to the eyes.

Whites in the males wings look a bit hot.
