Taken in Laredo,Texas. Possibly a natural colony of these in Laredo and also further down the Rio Grande in the Lower Valley. A lot of former Valley specialties are expanding north.

Cute pose and good eye contact Jeff as well as nice timing. The blue appears to have a slight magenta cast or perhaps it is just my monitor. Thanks for sharing.

Shame on the hard light getting the contrast high and casting a strong edged shadow in the body. Nice and sharp, would love to see more of them :)

Hi Jeff, When were you in Laredo? Was this photographed in the city itself?

Cut back on the saturation and the image will be improved greatly.Love the scratching pose and the perfect head angle. Lots of flash, maybe ETTL at zero with a Better Beamer would have reduced the intensity of the shadow and evened out the lighting.

This was Sunday morning after the Pro-Tour Meet the Judges Party. I'll try the Better Beamer next time.

As for saturation, I started using ACR for my RAW conversion instead of Breeze Browser and every image seems oversaturated.
