This is a whitefaced Duck, and at this particular birding spot, one gets endless opportunities to practice your BIF skills. I like how the primary is curled across the face. Taken last weekend.

Sharpness, light and eye look good, I also like the dangling feet. I would tone down the whites a bit more.

I like the sharpness, and your exposure looks good on my monitor. Although you've got a clear look at the eye, the partial obstruction isn't working for me either.
