Hey Kostas,
This shows the action nicely and the bee is sharp where it need it. If possible I would add just a bit more room to the top.....now, I have seen you darken a BG before so you may want to darken it some and lighten the bee......this may help bring this up a notch.

I agree with Roman, Kostas. I'd get rid of that stuff in the BG behind the bee and bring the bee up in exposure. I'd love to have seen this with the full flower and the bee as is...very interesting behavioral image!

Nice sharpness on the abdomen, but the BG is distracting.
If you're interested, software like Topaz ReMask would easily remove the BG altogether.
Nice pose and flower, though.
