Green Heron Nestlings
I have been camping out by this Green Heron nest in Wakodahatchee for the past few days observing the Mama Heron and her little ones - 2 were hatched on Wednesday, the other on Thursday. This afternoon, Mama got off the nest for a short while and I was able to get a few images. It is a very difficult spot and angle but here it is, for better or for worse as the little ones never stay still and are continually in motion.
