Where can i upload my pic to ensure the size of the Picture comes right.
I am currently using freeimagehosting.com but as you can see above,
it reduces the size of Picture.

Manish, you can use flickr... when you have registered and uploaded, go to all sizes option above photo, grab file location of the appropriate size, and paste in dialogue box of insert image.
