Great pose and excellent exposure, detail, and comp!
Only thing I might consider changing would be to try toning down the brighter parts of the rock.

Your bird is really nice, sharp, well exposed.
I do think that the rock is so massive and bright that it does somewhat overpower the bird. Mike had a good idea about toning down the rock. I might also try a version where I cropped up from the bottom about 1/2 of the distance to the end of the tail. This would reduce the impact of the rock at the cost of a more square crop. I would still tone it down a bit as well.

Cool bird and interesting setting. I like the look-back pose and angle, it looks a bit overflashed on my monitor. Maybe you can tone it down a tad.

Sid, agree with above comments. The pose and HA, both are superb. needs a little NR on the BG, IMO. This bird has been on my wish list for too long. Thx for sharing.
